Completed chapter 3 of the formal dissertation proposal yesterday. My goal is the have it submitted by November 3rd.

1. Just returned - the Project Napoli installation was completed successfully.
2. Received confirmation from Dr. Littman to meet December 9th at 2pm at her home.
3. Currently working on Definition of Terms section in chapter one and the last half of chapter three.
